Jeff Forsythe

Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Torrey Pines Bank

My primary focus is on construction, bridge and term loans in the $1,000,000 to $30,000,000 range but we fund larger amounts for the right transaction. We actively lend on owner occupied and income producing real estate in a wide variety of property types. We are most interested in office, retail, multi-family, industrial and hospitality but also lend on single tenant, high end homes, land A&D, self-storage, senior housing and other more specialized assets. Depending on the asset class, LTV can be as high as 80% for owner occupied and 75% for income producing properties.
My target market is the Westside of LA, the San Fernando Valley and South Bay along with Orange and Ventura counties, but if you have transactions outside of these areas, I can connect you with one of our other offices. I also welcome referrals on commercial and industrial borrowers in need of non-real estate related loans.
